XIGROUP- BUILDING DEALERSHIP WEBSITES SINCE 1998
About XIGroup XIGroup was founded 1998 by two Baltimore residents: Adam Dennis (Founder) and his Aunt Joy Bramble (owner of The Baltimore Times). The two partners hoped to leverage Adam’s strong technical experience and Joy’s advertising and marketing knowledge to provide customers with software that would take advantage of the internet as an emerging source of on-line marketing and sales strategies. As the company evolved, Adam met Brian Burns of BaltimoreSun.com (formerly SunSpot.net), The Baltimore Sun’s on-line edition, who suggested that XIGroup and its services would be a perfect fit for the automotive industry. XIGroup partnered with I-Team Resources, Inc. who provided a staff of programmers and spent the next year recruiting a talented team that could expand on the company’s online solutions to accommodate the specific needs of the auto industry. By 1999, XIGroup was offering automotive websites that successfully integrated with the dealership DMS. Over the next six years XIGroup enjoyed significant growth, driven not by products alone, but also an undying commitment to superior customer service. During this time, XIGroup retained over 95% of its customers and developed a reputation in the industry for exceeding dealer expectations. XIGroup and I-Team Resources, Inc. worked closely together until XIGroup was acquired by Dominion Enterprises (Formerly Trader Publishing Co.) in April 2005. After the acquisition, most of the original staff remained which helped to ensure that XIGroup would be stronger than ever. While maintaining its core values and small company approach, the acquisition gave XIGroup access to resources and strategic partnerships that immediately expanded the company’s capabilities and automotive offerings. At XIGroup, our number one objective is to provide both the best possible service and value for our customers. As a division of Dominion Enterprises, XIGroup possesses the very latest in technical support, hardware and software to ensure that we are always capable to handle your needs. We are constantly striving to improve our site and encourage any feedback you may have. Please contact us with any complaints or suggestions.
